Last Wednesday the tenants moved out of OUR house, Yippee! So the first thing I wanted to do was go get pics of it without all their stuff obstructing our view.
Here is the living room. I just love all the old thick craftsman woodwork and big windows. As you can see we need to replace one window but at least its a small one.

Dining room china cabinet. I plan to strip that awful white paint off the outside and match it to the ordinal finish that you can see on the inside.
The Kitchen's 1960s Orange paint and wood paneling has GOT TO GO! I have great plans for this room: mahogany stained cabinets, dark green granite counter tops, stainless steel sink and appliances.

The bathroom is also in need of some updating. Luckily that awful cream, hot pink swirl, and burgundy tile is actually a roll of faux plastic tile! Easy fix! Now the linoleum is going to be a different story.

ReplyDeleteWe had basically that same tile in our bathroom - but it was silver and burgundy. Yuck!
